Our partnership is built around shared commitment and aligned incentives. Rather than charging you an upfront fee for our work, we agree on a model where our compensation is tied to the revenue generated by the product.
If we don’t build a product together, there’s no product revenue to share. If the product generates no revenue, there’s no revenue-based payment to us under this model.
Before we begin, we agree on responsibilities, applicable costs, ownership, approvals and how revenue will be calculated. Everything is transparent, so both sides understand how the partnership works.
Third-party expenses, software, advertising, payment processing, production costs and other expenses may be treated separately if applicable and agreed in writing.
